Terms and Conditions

Confirmation of booking: upon receipt of training event fee, a letter confirming your place with further details and a map of the location will be sent to you.

Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation within 14 days of the course start date, we will charge a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total course fee and refund the remaining 75%. If we are able to find another applicant to fill the space or you nominate someone to attend in your place, we will refund the withheld 25% of the course fee.
