Consultancy Projects

• CWC Group: CWC Dynamic Insights Report - Nigeria Oil & Gas Technology (NOGTech) Conference. The project scope included a review of the NOGTech Conference, expert analysis of the papers presented with the implications for the Nigeria Oil and Gas industry (2011).
• Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF): Capacity, Capability and Competency Skills Gap Survey.
  The project scope included on-site audits of 41 companies operating in the Midstream and Downstream sectors of the Oil and Gas Industry (2010 - 2011). 
• SHELL / EER: Capacity and Capability Survey of Nigerian Companies.
  The project scope included on-site audits of 60 Nigerian companies providing services to the Oil and Gas Industry.  (2010 - 2011).
• SHELL/ EER:  Review of the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act. Identification of Issues, the Impact on Business and Compliance Measures.
  The project scope included a review of the NOGICD Act, and the development of compliance strategies for the client. (2010 - 2011).
• Addax Petroleum: Nigerian Content Consultancy.
  Services provided include the provision of fact-based researched data that serve an input to company's Nigerian Content strategy, brainstorming with Addax Nigerian Content Department, interfacing with the Nigerian Content Development & Monitoring Board, implementing Vendor Development & Empowerment initiatives  (2007 to date).
• Chevron Nigeria Limited: Engineering Design Capability and Capacity Survey of 25 Engineering Design Companies in Nigeria.
  The scope of the project included the identification of in-country engineering design resources and the creation of a database of available capacity and capability for the execution of modules and packages of work on major capital projects (2004 - 2005).
• Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF): Capacity, Capability and Competency Skills Gap Survey.
  The project scope included on-site audits of 30 companies operating in the Upstream sector of the Oil and Gas Industry (2004 - 2005).
• CAKASA Engineering (Nig.) Ltd: Sustainable Development and Engineering Design Capacity, Capability and Competency Survey (2007).
• ExxonMobil:  Basis for Commercial Pricing of Engineering Services Agreements (ESA II)  (2005 - 2006).
• Addax Petroleum Development Nigeria Limited:  Engineering Capacity Analysis for Gas Compression, Pipeline & IPP Project Desktop Study (2005).
