The programme commences with a 5 day face-to-face module which is designed to empower participants for the 6 - month blended course. The Level 3 Institute of Leadership and Management Certification is awarded upon completion of assignments, course work and practicals on leadership.

Mr. O'shea Nige

Nige has enjoyed a highly successful career within the automotive industry for many years, mainly within the leasing, finance and franchised dealer sector. During that time he has built up a reputation for excellence and , for the past twelve years, has specialised in training and consultancy, holding key positions at senior level.

Nige is an accredited practitioner for Thomas International Personality Profile Analysis (PPA) and Testing for Selection and Training (TST) amd holds a certificate in Training Practice. He is a qualified NVQ assessor and is on the FAS (Foras Aiseanne Saothair) Training and Employment Authority National Register of Trainers in Ireland.

Today, one of Nige's areas of specialism is the funding of vehicles for business purposes. He delivers workshops for leasing company and broker employees and advises on the advantages of the available funding products and the VAT and tax implications therein.
