Summary of Responsibilities
- Rollout HR policies, procedures and special projects in line with the overall business and corporate HR strategies
- Prepare annual HR budget
- Establish specific selection process for timely and cost-effective recruitment
- Control payroll integrity and generation
- Advise line managers on interpretation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide feedback and suggestions to corporate HR on the effectiveness of HR programs
- Monitor job evaluation processes within the organization
- Contribute to the education of employees on C&B matters to improve employee satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and recommend actions to maintain balance between control of costs, and attraction and retention of staff
Required Qualifications
- University degree and minimum of 3-5 years of General HR experience
- Understanding of and experience in implementing HR best practices
- Strong communication, problem solving and motivational skills
- Computer proficiency, with exposure to HR software solutions
