Human Resources Expert (Energy & Petroleum)

Summary of Responsibilities

• Rollout HR policies, procedures and special projects in line with the overall business and corporate HR strategies 
• Prepare annual HR budget 
  
• Establish specific selection process for timely and cost-effective recruitment 
• Control payroll integrity and generation 
• Advise line managers on interpretation and implementation of HR policies and procedures 
• Provide feedback and suggestions to corporate HR on the effectiveness of HR programs 
• Monitor job evaluation processes within the organization 
• Contribute to the education of employees on C&B matters to improve employee satisfaction and retention 
• Monitor and recommend actions to maintain balance between control of costs, and attraction and retention of staff

Required Qualifications

• University degree and minimum of 3-5 years of General HR experience 
• Understanding of and experience in implementing HR best practices 
• Strong communication, problem solving and motivational skills 
• Computer proficiency, with exposure to HR software solutions
