Job Title: Lead QA/QC Engineer

Summary of Responsibilities

Responsible for implementation, control and management of all quality assurance and quality control activities.

Details of Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementation, control and management of all quality assurance and quality control activities of the project
• Responsible to ensure that required quality assurance and quality control procedures are identified, developed and implemented in all phases of the project as per scope of work
• Responsible to ensure that quality verification records needed for project are identified, reviewed, approved and maintained through out the project cycle
• Acting as a focal point for close liaison and interfacing with other parties like vendors/contractors, Client and TPOT team members on quality matters including participation in project meetings, quality meetings, quality walk through etc
• Responsible for planning and performance of project audits in areas like engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and suppliers etc. in consultation with project manager and Corporate QHSE Manager
• Liaise with Corporate QHSE manager and project manager in establishing the project K. P. Is, measuring and reporting them regularly
• Responsible for supervision of work performed by quality team members of the project
• Responsible for coordination and execution of inspection activities in a timely manner at all work sites of the project
• Responsible for management of non-conformity control, Observation reports and there resolution (correction, corrective & preventive measures)
• Performing walk around at all work sites with client and yard (where possible) and addressing observations noted.
• Responsible for coordinating source inspection activities
• Coordinating vendor document (MDR) review and approvals
• Responsible for Coordinating Brazilian regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Science in relevant fields
• 15 years of experience in Quality QA/QC including auditing
